Ment2 Sp. z o.o. provides professional services including:

Tech recruitment and staff augmentation
Product strategy and go-to-market consulting
All services are provided according to individual contracts, offers, or project agreements. Specific terms may be included in service-level agreements (SLAs), which shall prevail in case of conflict.
Use of the Website
You agree to use our websites lawfully and not to:
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
Distribute harmful or malicious software
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data

Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Ment2 Sp. z o.o. agree to:

Ensure payment of invoices in accordance with agreed terms

Ment2 Sp. z o.o. is not liable for project delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ment2 Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or websites.
Our total liability in any matter relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
Third-Party Links and Tools
Our websites may contain links to third-party services or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or functionality.
Use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Confidentiality
Ment2 Sp. z o.o. agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information provided by the client. Clients agree to the same regarding confidential materials shared by Ment2 Sp. z o.o.
This obligation shall survive termination of any contract.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, in accordance with any terms specified in a signed contract. Termination does not relieve the obligation to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lublin, Poland.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our websites with a revised effective date.
